Applicant filed this application for a post conviction writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Art. 11.07, V.A.C.C.P. He alleges that he received ineffective assistance of counsel because his trial attorney failed to inform him of the prosecutor's plea bargain offer. We ordered the trial court to hold an evidentiary hearing on the issue of the alleged failure to inform applicant of the State's plea bargain offer. The case is now before us with a record of that hearing and the trial court's findings of fact.
